Where are you based?
My Magnetic Smiles is a small, family-owned business based in the beautiful state of Alabama. We believe every photo tells a unique story, and our mission is to help you preserve and celebrate those special moments in a meaningful and lasting way.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS or USPS. Please note that during the holiday season or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll gladly make the changes if your order hasn’t been packed yet.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can also subscribe to SMS notifications for updates on your order after placing it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship all orders on the same business day or the following morning. For customers in the U.S., most orders arrive within a week
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we currently offer international shipping. If your country isn’t listed, please reach out to us through our contact form, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
